Spend a few days with us on a culinary expedition in Istanbul and put your independent travels in perspective. With the grandeur of the Old City as our backdrop we explore the ancient alleyways of Tahtakale, behind the Spice Bazaar, a labyrinth of spice and food shops, coffee purveyors and workshops, where craftsmen still ply their trade as they did in Ottoman times. After perusing the exotic wares of the Spice Bazaar, we stroll through the atmospheric quarter of Beyoglu, its passages reminiscent of the city at the turn of the 20th century. Our destination is the Balik Pazari (Fish Market), whose name belies the dazzling combination of food stuffs on display.

Join us for lunch or dinner and experience first-hand Turkish cuisine's historic development, from the sophisticated cooking of the Ottoman palace to the sumptuous cuisine of the present day. We introduce you to some of the best food available in Istanbul with an atmosphere to match.
